Since 1967, Sumanth & Co has been involved in building houses, apartments and commercial buildings. High quality residential houses were built from the years 1967-1977. Around the year 1974, Sumanth & Co pioneered the promotion of apartment complexes. Having completed over 100 projects, of varied sizes, Sumanth & Co. has fine tuned the concept of buildings into a art.
